- Initial Consultation: We start with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your current health and well-being, including any ongoing issues or GP recommendations.
- Realistic But Stretching Goal Setting: Together, we set realistic goals based on your current conditioning, experience, dietary habits, and lifestyle.
- Customised Exercise Plan: Your coach creates a bespoke exercise plan based on your sport, competition, personal experience, and time you have available to train. This plan will be reviewed and assessed weekly.
- Nutrition Support: Collaborate with us to create and suggest custom nutrition advice with daily meal and snack suggestions and macro settings to achieve your optimal training output and performance.
- Healthy Habit Building: Each week, we work with you to establish a new healthy habit that will support you throughout this journey and beyond.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Experience weekly check-ins and reviews of your performance and macronutrient consumption, and open discussions on how we can continue to enhance the program to benefit your needs.
- Continuous Guidance: Daily access your coach through our training app chat for ongoing support and all your questions answered.
- OPTIONAL – we also offer additional 1-2-1 PT to further enhance this program.
