- Initial Consultation: We kick off with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your true goals, experience, dietary habits, and lifestyle.
- Realistic Goal Setting: Together, we establish realistic goals based on your experience, equipment, and timelines.
- Personalised Exercise Plan: We create a tailored exercise plan based on your experience and available time, which will be reviewed and assessed weekly by your coach.
- Nutrition Support: We provide a custom nutrition plan with daily meal and snack suggestions, including MACRO settings.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Enjoy weekly check-ins and reviews of your performance and macronutrient consumption.
- Continuous Guidance: Access your coach daily through our training app chat for ongoing support.
- OPTIONAL: To enhance your performance we also offer Personal Training at our small Glasgow studio, at your home or place of business.
